We experienced a case of urticaria pigmentosa. A 3,400 gm female infant was torn after
38 weeks gestation to a 24 years old mother. On 3rd hospital day, a brownish small lesion
was seen on the left malleolar region.
Two months later, she visited to our hospital with multiple skin lesions. Diagnosis was
